That’s a relief.
There’d honestly be a lot more worry if Russian troops were further outside of their borders, like more than a country or two away.

Update on the HX Challenge, the project conducted by the Finnish Department Of Defence, the goal of which is to replace the aging fleet of F/A-18 Hornet fighter jets in Finnish service. According to @corporalfrisk on Twitter, SAAB has dropped the two seat JAS39F from their offering, leaving their only offering to be the single seat JAS39E. The two seat F/A-18F Super Hornet has been dropped aswell, leaving the single seat F/A-18E Super Hornet as Boeing's only fighter offering.

So, the BAFO offers are as follows Boeing: 50 F/A-18E Super Hornet, 14 EA-18G Growler Electronical Warfare Aircraft Eurofighter: Unknown number of Eurofighter Typhoons Lockheed Martin: Unknown number of F-35 (Unknown variant, some sources suggest A) SAAB: 64 JAS39E Gripen, 2 GlobalEye Airborne Early Warning and Control aircraft. The Finnish Ministery Of Defence did recieve a BAFO offer from Dassault, but did not publish anything regarding it.
